The above KML file was put together by the North American Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) to illustrate all the locations of the industrial facilities that reported to the Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTRs) for North America in 2004. Each yellow placemark represents the pollution data reported by each perspective facility.
